Shipping policy

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY – SALT & LIGHT CO.

Packages will be shipped at our soonest convenience. Courier delivery typically takes 10-21 working days from the day we dispatch your parcel (public holidays not included). Courier deliveries are made to street addresses only — no PO Box deliveries. Deliveries do not take place on weekends or public holidays.

Please note that occasional delivery delays may occur.

An order will only be dispatched once the following conditions are met:

  • Successful acceptance of your payment

  • Verification of your delivery and billing address


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Items

If your order is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at dssteynberg1@gmail.com and include your tracking number.

Salt & Light Co. cannot be held liable for any loss or damage caused by third parties (courier companies) once your package has been handed over to them. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as the courier may request photographic proof.
